Law at the University of Concepción (2006 – 2011):

In 2006 Christian managed to enter the Universidad de Concepción to study Law, where he achieved to be an assistant student of Daniel Peñailillo, now a member of the Supreme Court of Chile.
In addition to receiving various scholarships for his performance, he managed to be a top 10 student of his generation, out of a total of 150.

Specialization in other Universities (2012 – 2017):

In 2012, he studied Constitutional Law and Economic Law at North Carolina State University. In 2015, he studied a Diploma in Litigation. In 2017, a Diploma of Compliance. Both studies are carried out at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Professional Experience (2014 – 2019):

Christian is a Lawyer with extensive experience in Labor Litigation in Inferior and Superior Courts of the Country, including the Court of Appeals of Santiago.
In the last time, Christian has acquired a vast experience in Cyber Security Compliance and Insurance, advising both national and foreign companies.
Currently, he focuses his professional practice in providing corporate advisory services in Cyber Security and Insurance to large companies and public entities.

Memberships and skills:

Since 2015 he is a member of the Chilean Bar Association; therefore he must comply with the Code of Ethics and the Court of the Bar.
He is fluent in English and is authorized by the Embassy of England in Chile to provide legal advice in such language.
